About this episode
On the evening of December 24, 2002, Scott Peterson returned home from a day of fishing. His pregnant wife, Laci, was not home - her car and purse were there, but no trace of Laci herself. Scott doesn't panic. He eats some pizza, does some laundry, takes a shower, and only after all this does he call Laci's mom to tell her that "Laci is missing." Quickly, Scott is the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife.
