It's better to walk out than to get shut out, or isn't. Trauma bonding, the NARC empath paradigm. I started my programs with that, and I guess people hacked into it and created a lot of other businesses to see. We have wisdom, and there's revenge and jealousy, and then there's karma, universal law, spiritual law, 3D law, and lots of laws. And there's a quiet wisdom in that statement you see. Walking out is an act of sovereignty. Being shut out is often an aftermath of someone else's control.

4:16When you're in, they lure you in, and then they shut you out while you're in, and those are the things that we talk about. Sometimes in your body, you shut yourself out, not only from your heart, but your organs are so over-processed, it's shutting itself down. Over stimulation, you see it with kids every day, or I do, walking out is an act of sovereignty. Being shut out is often the aftermath of someone else's control. In relationships shaped by trauma bonding, the cycle itself can feel almost mystical in its intensity. Of course it would, so they could lure you into their magic, you see. Yet it's rooted in every human psychological pattern, and patterns, trauma bonding, bonding you to the trauma.

5:19Trauma bonds form when periods of harm are interwoven with moments of affection, apology, or relief. And of course, you know those gifts that you so wanted, the profilers, and the promise, right? The nervous system becomes conditioned to chase the brief return of warmth after pain. Psychologists often describe the cycle like this. Idealization, intense connection, admiration, or love, bonding. We spoke about the bonding of the heart family, the bombing, the love, bombing. And if you haven't known what love is, of course, and they bomb your heart with something that looks like it, and it feels good for a moment, and then you heard after, well, that's the bombing you see. It hurts because they've exploded what you found sacred, and now you're confused with why this happened, and how could they do that to

6:27if it was the word called love? God is here to recover, and that's why I said that nursing mothers always stitch the heart up and the fathers, and then you create. Sometimes it goes back to childhood trauma. Sometimes it make you feel like a child. Sometimes they act like a child, and sometimes it's childish. A lot of times you get overwhelmed. We're here to help. Devaluation, criticism, withdrawal, manipulation, or emotional neglect. All those things they used to do, maybe short-term, and now they don't do them at all, and then you wonder what they're doing on their phone while they're doing it with somebody else. You see, they already captured you, and now you're discarded. You see, we're here to help today, family. Emotional neglect. They say emotional abuse is worse than a bruise. You can bruise yourself. I've been bruised, and sometimes people are

7:34slow healers. You ask questions. What happened there? Ice cubes are cold packs. Do work. They use them in medical after Botox and surgery, sometimes, and devices to help you heal. We're simply rest, replenish, fluid, right? Intermittent reward. Suddenly kindness and reconciliation. Well, of course, they would when they feel your energy pull away. Some of them are energy vampires. Energetically, they know. Or if they're savvy, they tap into your dream state or any other state. Get you into a state where they can utilize your body, mind, and soul. We're here to help, family. Attachment depends, well, the bond strengthens through emotional highs and lows. You know, the highs and lows of life, the timeline in between our birth and death and rebirth, they might try and attempt

And we've talked about what the supplies are in our chakra systems, including your lower chakras of sacred energy. If you never knew that was sacred, obviously, they found it to be plentiful. Some of these people are so tall and one time once when they give you a hug, it's like, oh my god, you just feel their energy and you want to heal their energy and you give them a big smile and you thought, good lord, thank god for this meeting today. However, it worked out. They could be strangers, but you know their name. But energetically, it's all the same. You heal family when

12:48you feel a calling to it and you don't have to say a thing. That doesn't mean be a brace of family, you know, like some of those people on the street, hey, hey, you know, don't I know you? Sometimes that can be luring in like those other things we talk about. The white van's situation, no. Compassion is extended again and again, hoping love will transform the situation. The empath gifts, deep understanding, unfortunately, can become the doorway to which manipulation enters. But compassion, God will lead you in the right direction. Yet sacred wisdom across tradition reminds us, guard your heart for everything you do flows from it, proverbs 423. Protection of the heart is not hardness. It is holy stewardship of one soul. 13:50When you're a child, and you think, what the hell's the matter with you? You don't think about them walking away, but then when they get a divorce, you're happy, or you think, oh my God, no, we can be safe, but are you? Then they split you and you have to go back to a certain place, right? Or you have that situation where you're caught in the midst of the fire, the verbal energy. That's not healthy either. We're clearing those energies. Think about it, family. We learn what we don't want. We walk away from it, or we learn we witness what we saw, and we're glad we were removed from it. And you get back into it because it's familiar. You see, don't be too hard in yourself. Sometimes it is spell work that lure you in. And unfortunately, it's disgusting, I know. But to know for fact, that happened to me, and it happened to a lot of people, and it's affecting my family. It's a complete hardship, hardship of your life, but our ship is not sank.

14:51We are going to live into life, family. And I know it to be true. It's the promise. God promises and he delivers. Why walking away matters, family and friends? When someone chooses to walk out, they reclaim agency before the other person controls the ending. And I know it can feel like an ending almost every day. Trust me. I know. Holding onto old narratives that don't suit inappropriate, disconnected, outdated. Lingering emotions, truth that must be acknowledged in final test of boundaries.

24:23It can feel intense because what is ready to leave often makes one last appearance before dissolving. Ancient wisdom echoes this pattern. Behold, I am doing a new thing. But it springs forth. Do you not perceive it? Isaiah 4319. The passage reminds us that renewal often begins quietly beneath the surface before it fully emerges. A gentle way to work with this transition, maybe? They try and close the career burdens, the stalemates, maybe the stalemates of your soulmates, creative adventures, weather, change in alterations to change your events. If you have a special one, they might alter the weather. Your livelihood, so they trauma bond, trap you and they're binding bonding spells
