About this episode
Hi!
Today, we speak to Kate Reid, the founder and owner of Lune Crossainterie. Kate has just released her debut memoir, Destination Moon, a reflection on fast cars, French pastries, and finding purpose.
In this conversation, Kate reflects on landing her dream job in aerospace engineering within the F1 and the disillusionment that came when it almost killed her. She also speaks candidly about the extraordinary people who supported her throughout her recovery from anorexia, and the difficulty of being a woman.
This episode touches on eating disorders. Help and support are available at the Butterfly Foundation by calling 1800 022 222 or visiting their website here.
