About this episode
In this episode, I'm talking about change. After having countless conversations with people going through massive shifts and moving through my own, I realized something important: it wasn't the change itself that scared me. It was the loss of control. The version of reality I thought I needed. The need to know what would replace what I was letting go of.
I share how surrendering to change opened me up to a completely new way of living, one I didn't even know was possible—and why change is actually one of the main experinces of being human.
I unpack how beliefs evolve through experience, why the mind panics when the body knows it's safe, and how our relationship with change reveals what we truly fear.
This episode is an invitation to stop running from change, look it directly in the eye, and listen to what it's trying to show you. Because change is happening whether you fight it or not, and learning to lean into it can turn something terrifying into something deeply freeing.
