Julia Vaughan Smith is a leading voice a the intersection of coaching and trauma. She is a Master Accredited Executive Coach and Supervisor with an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. She has also been in practice as a Psychotherapist.

Along the way she has also published three books, ‘Therapist to Coach’, ‘Coaching and Trauma’ and ‘Daughters: How to Untangle Yourself from your Mother’. In the last 15 years she has focused on understanding and working with trauma, and applying that to coaching through her teaching and writing.
