About this episode
Aubyn Howard is the co-founder of Psychosynthesis Coaching Limited and author of Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching - a psychology of being for a time of crisis (2020).
Aubyn holds an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology with the London Institute of Psychosynthesis and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies with the HPRG at Surrey University. He draws upon more than 30 years’ experience as an organisational consultant, facilitator and coach, supporting change and leadership development within organisations across different sectors and cultures. He is a Certified Spiral Dynamics and NLP practitioner, an APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach, an EMCC Senior Practitioner and EMCC Global Coach Supervisor.
Aubyn lives in southern France with his wife Diana. He continues some organisational client work alongside his primary focus on the education and development of leadership coaches and supporting the psychosynthesis coaching community.
