In Hulges havaidiz gachaven peric bays, the Ramam does castles the court isser of Avaidizara as well as what a Magadi fiz. The Ramam begins by saying that the main commandment in Avaidiz gachaven is not to serve any creation, not a malach, not a sphere, not a galgal, not a star, not one of the four elements or anything that's created from them. And even if the person serving it knows that Hashem is the true God and controls them, one is not allowed to serve them. The Ramam continues by saying that there are many books that were put together by the ones who serve Avaidizara, which detail how to serve it and what its various customs are, Hashem commanded us not to be those far and at all, and not to think about any of its contents. Included in this is one should not ask how to serve it or various details about it, and the Ramam continues by saying that all of these prohibitions is all about not paying attention to Avaidizara in any which way. And the Ramam explains that in this prohibition is something deeper that a person is not allowed to think any thought that will cause them to uproot from the foundations of the Torah. The primary reason being because not everyone has the same level of understanding and knowledge in wisdom, and therefore by starting to think in question whether things are true or false, may lead a person to heresy.
The Ramam continues by saying that whoever admits an Avaidizara is denying the entire Torah in all of the Naveem, and whoever denies Avaidizara is admitting to the entire Torah and all of its prophets. The Ramam now continues by saying that Yidu served Avaidizara is considered like a guide for all things, and similarly an Avaidiz is not considered a Yid for all things, and the Ramam explains an Avaidiz as someone who does things against a Torah and doesn't believe that there is something wrong with it. The Ramam says that one is not allowed to engage with them in their arguments about religion. The Ramam now continues by saying that someone who admits an Avaidizara that's true, even though he's never served it, is considered someone who has expressed Hashem's name and is also a Magadev, someone who blasts themes, which in Halakhic terms is called a Magadev. The Ramam continues by explaining what the Halakhas of a Magadev is, a Magadev is someone who says Hashem's name of Alef Dalad, non Yid, and he curses it with another name of Hashem that is not erased. The Ramam also says that there are some that hold that's only if he says it on the name Yid, Kvavk, and the Ramam pascons that both of them, he gets skill of it.
The Ramam continues by explaining that when they come to best and to try this person, that they aid them to use nicknames, and they'll say something like, Yasi should hit Yasi instead of using Hashem's name and describing what the person said. And this is done, even though usually we have to hear the actual testimony, but at the end of the entire court case, the Dayanim sent everyone out, and they asked the original aid them exactly what they said. They asked the biggest aid, what it is they said. The aid now repeats verbatim when he heard, and the Dayanim ripped Kri over it. The second aid, or any other aid them say, I also heard so. The Ramam continues by saying that the Magadev that recanted within Kadev Dibur is still Khayev Misa. Now, someone who cursed one of Hashem's name with the name of Avaidizara, it says that zealots couldn't go and kill him. But if he was brought to bed then the bedzen does not stone him. The Ramam concludes by saying that whoever hears the opposite of a blessing of one of Hashem's name, must rip Kriya, even if it's on one of the nicknames of Hashem.
And this is as long as you heard it due to it. Additionally, it doesn't make a difference if you hear it directly from the person or from the person who heard from the person. But someone who hears from Ananju is not obligated to rip Kriya. The Ramam mentions also that al-Yakam and Shevna, they rip Kriya because Ravshaka was a apostate Jew. The Ramam finally says that all the witnesses and the judges, they put their hands on top of the one who is Magadev, and they say your blood is on your head that you cause us to yourself. And from all the people who get killed by bedzen, there is no one that has done Smeehah except for a Magadev.
