The guys make a Negroni variant named in honor New York's Cardinal Spellman (at the Excelsior Hotel in the 1950's, of course.)
CARDINALE RECIPE:
- 1.33oz/40ml GIN
- .66oz/20ml BITTER CAMPARI
- .33oz/10mlDRY VERMOUTH
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
