221: What Your Judgments Say About You

About this episode

You've heard the saying, "That which you judge, you will one day become." But today, we're flipping that idea on its head and digging into the juicy, complex world of judgment.

Whether it's judging others, situations, or ourselves, judgment usually gets a bad rep. And honestly, it can bring out the worst in us. But what if we looked at it differently? What if our judgments are actually little breadcrumbs pointing to parts of ourselves we're not expressing or acknowledging?

In this episode, I'm diving into why we judge, what it really means when something or someone irks us, and how it's often more about us than it is about them. Plus, I'll share a simple exercise to help release judgment and, of course, a couple of my own stories where I had to face my inner judge head-on.
