お昼は炒飯〜キャベツ玉子ネギ入り〜、椎茸の豆乳仕立てのスープ、炭酸水。。。
夜は中華！麻婆豆腐、芙蓉蟹的玉子焼き甘酢あんかけ、小松菜とトマトの中華スープ〜椎茸ワカメ入り〜、雑穀ご飯、緑茶。。。
✳︎美味しいの考察✳︎
中華料理は外食でも緑黄色野菜とりやすい、中国の朝食は温まる蒸し料理やお粥で身体にしっくりくる。。。
