夜は和食より、肉じゃが〜椎茸入り〜ほうれん草のせて、鰹のタタキのカルパッチョ〜大根・玉ねぎ・ワカメ・明日葉・生姜・ニンニク〜、焼き海苔、雑穀入りご飯、ニラ玉のお味噌汁。。。
