2022.2.21☆快晴雲一つ無い月曜日の南伊豆から、おはよーさま『きのわがメニュー』＆『美味しいの考察』☆全粒粉入りパンのこととか、五香粉煮のこと、変わらない茶道の味のこと、しゃべってます。

✳︎昨日の我が家のメニュー、お昼は、いつもより全粒粉多めの生地のパン３種〜チーズ塩スパイス・シナモンシュガーロール・胡桃ママレード〜、カレースープ、フルーツと野菜のジュース、炭酸水。。。
夜は、雑穀ご飯のお粥〜パンのミミのカリカリ焼き添え〜、納豆卵黄玉ねぎのせ、鰹なまり節と大根レモン添え、蓮根の歯ごたえ楽しい鶏ミンチと豆腐の五香粉煮。。。
✳︎美味しいの考察、茶道、抹茶の味は毎年同じになるようブレンドするそう。。。
