IRISH COFFEE RECIPE
- 1.7oz/50 ml Irish Whiskey
- 4oz/120 ml hot coffee
- 1.7oz/50 ml fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Pour coffee into a pre-heated Irish coffee glass. Add whiskey and sugar and stir until dissolved. Carefully pour fresh thick chilled cream over the back of a spoon held just above the surface of the coffee. The layer of cream will float on the coffee without mixing.
