About Meg & The Daily Pep!
I’m Meg and I’m the host of The Daily Pep! and The Couragemakers Podcast and founder of The Rebel Rousers. I’m a coach, writer and all-round rebel-rouser for creative and multi-passionate women to do the things only they can do and build a wholehearted life. When I'm not recording episodes, writing bullshit-free Letters of Rebellion to my wonderful Couragemakers community or hosting workshops/group programmes, I'm usually covered in paint or walking my wonderfully weird cockapoo Merlin.

1:04which is the Daily Podcast for Creative, Multi-Fashioned and Fabulously Unconventional Women. Well I get out of their own way, get shit done and build a life they love. And today I have a challenge for you. So today I want you to do one thing that makes you feel good. Now it doesn't have to take a long time, it certainly doesn't have to be Instagramable and it can be whatever you like. Around here we tend to be busy with lots of different things, we tend to be diving down all the rabbit holes and we tend to put others before ourselves and it can be so easy to put ourselves in the back burner and believe that there is no time to do anything for us. Now I'm not saying for a moment that we've all got a shit 10 a time that we can spend on ourselves but I bet you can spend five minutes on you. So think about something that might make you feel good. It could be having a quick dance break, it could be flicking through a magazine,
2:08it could be thinking about something nice to put on the weekly shop or the menu next week, it doesn't have to be anything major but think of something for you because you put your heart and soul into so much of what you do. You spend a lot of time making sure other people feel loved and you get to feel that too and if you listen to this and the idea just feels a bit weird to you. Remember this isn't about doing the right thing or making it perfect and maybe exploring what feels good to you if it feels like it's been a while and I know that's the truth for so many of us and you are definitely not alone in that. So today see if you can find just five minutes for you, it doesn't matter what it looks like, it doesn't matter what other people would think, just do something for you, it doesn't need to be productive, it doesn't need to move you towards your goals, it can just be indulgent and for you. So try that on for size today, even if it is a
3:12case of doing a quick five minute meditation or having a quick two minute dance party, do something for you, add a bit of joy into your step and remember that truly everything changes when you believe you matter. I'll see you tomorrow.
