About Meg & The Daily Pep!
Iβm Meg and Iβm the host of The Daily Pep! and The Couragemakers Podcast and founder of The Rebel Rousers. Iβm a coach, writer and all-round rebel-rouser for creative and multi-passionate women to do the things only they can do and build a wholehearted life. When I'm not recording episodes, writing bullshit-free Letters of Rebellion to my wonderful Couragemakers community or hosting workshops/group programmes, I'm usually covered in paint or walking my wonderfully weird cockapoo Merlin.

Good morning daily pep and a very happy Wednesday to you. So I'm about to embark on our next travel adventure and it will be the first one we've taken a flight as opposed to driving across Europe. And my goodness, I did not realise just how much I had packed our car to full capacity until I realised just a little you can get in a suitcase. And one of the things it has made me do is really kind of curate what I'm going to focus on during this season. I literally can only take a couple of books. I have maybe five outfits at best, and I've had to be really, really intentional about every single decision I've made. And I think that's something we all have in common around here that we're trying to build intentional lives. And sometimes you do have occasions like this coming trip where you're kind of forced to curate and edit things down in a way that I think can be really helpful.
So for today's episode of the daily pep, I thought it could be interesting to spend a bit of time thinking about what kind of a season you're in in your own life or what chapter you're in, like we talked about on Monday. And what's needed for this particular season and chapter. And with many things in life, I've often found reverse engineering and figured out what I don't want to be incredibly helpful and often gives me more clarity opposed to the blank page of what I do want. So maybe it's about thinking, what do you want to let go of in this season of your life or what do you just no longer have room for? It doesn't have to be big, it doesn't have to be profound, it doesn't have to make sense to anybody else but you. But as we're coming into the spring in the Northern Hemisphere, it can be a really good time to think about what things we want to spring clean, what we want to let go of and what we are just over. Now if not much comes to mind,
I invite you to literally think about your suitcase and think about having very little space in there, maybe space for a couple of books, a couple of art supplies. And really think about what projects are you excited about right now? What are you intrigued about? What is your capacity at this season of your life? And what could bring you joy? So happy thinking, happy curating. And I look forward to him back with you tomorrow in what I hope is sunny Bulgaria. I'll see you tomorrow.
