About Meg & The Daily Pep!
I’m Meg and I’m the host of The Daily Pep! and The Couragemakers Podcast and founder of The Rebel Rousers. I’m a coach, writer and all-round rebel-rouser for creative and multi-passionate women to do the things only they can do and build a wholehearted life. When I'm not recording episodes, writing bullshit-free Letters of Rebellion to my wonderful Couragemakers community or hosting workshops/group programmes, I'm usually covered in paint or walking my wonderfully weird cockapoo Merlin.

1:05around here this week. I've decided to host a spring pop-up co-working club and because so much of the magic of co-working and body doubling can be found in experiencing it for yourself, I would love to invite you to a free co-working community session happening this Friday the 6th of March. It's happening 10am UK time to 11.30am and for those in Eastern Time US it's going to be 5am until 6.30am. So if you'd like to come start our day together get shit done and knock some little fuckers out of the park. I would love to see you there. You can join the free session by head into the show next and click in the handy link or simply by going to the rebelrises.com forward slash spring daily pep which is all one word and I want to actually dive a bit more
2:06into this today the inspiration behind it because there is so much we can learn and do from putting what we most need out there into the world. I'm doing this pop-up co-working club because I know it is what gets me to sit my ass on the chair and do things and because I am having trouble getting shit done at the moment even though I have so many creative projects I want to work on and think about all the time. Actually getting me there with me and my ADHD Neurospicy Brain has simply felt like an absolute mammoth task lately and I know this is what works for me. I know that I want to start my days differently, that body doubling, co-working and community accountability really helps and I know it helps other people too so it's a win-win. So my question for you as we
3:06enter this new week is how can you mix what you put out there in the world with what you know you need to because not only do you get to be part of the equation but chances are other people are feeling it too and it might just be helpful for them as well. So here's to trying shit, here's to experimenting, here's to creating the flexible structures that we need and here's to knowing that they might just be win-wins as well. I would love to see you if you're around on Friday. You'll need to register in order to get the zoom link and it will just be a really lovely cozy low stakes way to start the day. Have a fabulous Monday and I can't wait to see you back here tomorrow and maybe in one of those little zoom squares on Friday.
