Today I met with Jim Hallinan, who has been a teacher for 25 years, with a Master's in Exercise Science and Sport Nutrition. He has written a high school curriculum in Applied Nutrition and Kinesiology and implemented it at his school as an elective. He has been coaching online for nearly 10 years, focusing primarily on nutrition and lifestyle change, and more recently, has been running groups doing the inner work to help people discover their strengths, values, and overcome self-sabotage to live a more authentic life.
