143 - How we can have better conversations and connections with people

I recently read "Never Split the Difference" a book about negotiation written by former FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss. It was a truly interesting read that had me thinking deeper than just transactional negotiation with people but actually how we can have deeper connections with others through communication.

I wanted to share my perspective on the book and give space for you to share your thoughts as well - reach out on insta! For all the tactics and strategies I recommend reading or listening to it as the ability to tell stories when educating is very exciting.
