1101: My Journey with a Functional Medicine Doc to Reduce Systemic Inflammation
About this episode
About 6 months after the twins were born I began working with a functional medicine doctor to reduce systemic inflammation in my body and get my C-reactive protein (CRP) to an "optimal" level.
In today's episode, we're talking about how systemic inflammation can present, what CRP is, what is considered an "optimal" level and how I'm getting there.
At 6 months postpartum, my CRP was about 10 mg/L and 4 months later it's down to 3.6 mg/L. My goal is to get it
