Investors were dealt some surprising and shocking news this morning by Fed Chair Jerome Powell.  He said that the recent half percentage point cut to interest rates should not be interpreted as a sign that future moves will be as aggressive.  How much more did he say the fed would cut in 2024?  We’ll let you know
