August 18, 2026 ~ Lucy Ann Lance and Producer Derek Laughlin talk about the recent rescue of a woman aboard the USS Washtenaw, located in Oregon. They recover some history regarding the once, and still beloved USS Washtenaw, used in the Vietnam War, used to sweep for mines following the Vitenam War, used as a civilian ship as well as a Salmon Cannery Ship in her retirement in Alaska. Once slated to become a museum, it was claimed as too far gone, and sits in the Columbia River in Oregon.
