08/15- How buying a home will dramatically change on August 17, 2024.

When you buy a house on or after August 17th, 2024, you’ll do things differently than before.  Unlike in the past, you will decide how much your real estate will be paid for representing you when you buy a home.  And your agent won’t be paid by the seller’s agent.  Tonight on the Jon Sanchez Show at 3pm, we’ll review how this entire new process will work and what our local Buyers Representation Agreement says.
