The event, an extension of seasonal street closures, will have open skating, giveaways from Olympia Skate Shop, sales from The Get Up, and performances from eight bands and DJs. The block party seeks to support local businesses during construction and celebrate skateboarding as an art form, with many dining and shopping options available.
