054 Transforming Broken Promises (episode #53 companion)

This is the first of two transformational mini coaching episodes. They are companion pieces to episode 53 where I give you the tool to move from transactional to transformational. We start with a transactional mindset with a bunch of resentment, disappointment and even embarrassment. We end with transformation into an expansive and new possibilities mindset.
