At 11 am this morning, we received the Fed’s interest rate decision.  This was followed by Fed Chair Jerome Powell’s news conference.  What did the fed do with interest rates?  Did they signal when the first rate cut may happen?  What is their outlook on the economy?  We’ll answer these questions and many more,
