Gina has been an influential figure in the coaching industry, with roles including UK, Africa and India Chair at the Association for Coaching, Editorial Advisory board at Coaching at Work, Forbes Coaching Council Member and Contributor.
She has also served as a Council and Nomination Committee member and now UK Co- chair at the British Swiss Chamber of Commerce, Editorial Advisory Board at Open University Press, and as a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance and the core team of Coaching through Covid.
She was the CEO of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) for 7 years and a member of the AoEC Executive Board for 12 years.
During her time at AoEC Gina built and led the team to exceed predicted growth and enhance the brand’s global reputation. She also built the capability to support organizations worldwide in building a culture of coaching.
