William Steig Rogers, known professionally as Mister Rogers, was an American television personality and educator. He is best known for hosting the popular children's television show Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Rogers was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Carnegie Institute of Technology. He began his career in television in the 1950s and went on to host Mister Rogers' Neighborhood from 1968 to 2001....
