William H. Mumler

William H. Mumler was an American spirit photographer and medium. He is best known for his photographs of spirits, which were widely publicized in the 19th century. He claimed to have photographed spirits using a technique called 'spirit photography', which involved using a camera to capture images of spirits. He was a prominent figure in the Spiritualist movement of the time. He was born in 1823 and died in 1904.
