Uwe Horstmann is a German entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He co-founded Project A Ventures, a Berlin-based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups. Horstmann has extensive experience in the startup ecosystem and has been involved in various ventures throughout his career. Prior to founding Project A Ventures, he worked at several other investment firms and was also an entrepreneur himself.
