北大路 鉄山人（きたおおじ ろさんじん、1883年（明治16年）3月23日 - 1959年（昭和34年）12月21日）は、日本の芸術家。晩年まで、篆刻家・画家・陶芸家・書道家・漆芸家・料理家・美食家などの様々な顔を持っていた。彼は、千利休と同様の嗜好を感じさせる料理の神髄を持ち、料理は芸術であると主張した。日本料理の世界伝播を予言した天下一の料理人として知られ、"持ち味を生かせ"という理想を推進した。
