Tykevious D. Russaw was a 25-year-old driver who lost his life in a fatal crash in Pike County. He was the driver of the 2022 Hyundai Elantra that veered off the road and hit a tree while trying to evade a state trooper. Russaw was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
