Tim Pratchett is a British author, journalist, and broadcaster. He is best known for his Discworld series of fantasy novels. Born in 1956 in Leicester, England, Tim has a degree in English literature from the University of Nottingham. He has worked as a journalist for various publications, including The Guardian and The Independent. Tim has also presented several TV programs, including the BBC's Newsnight.
