Spencer Weber Waller

Spencer Weber Waller is a professor of law at Loyola University School of Law. He is the director of the Institute of Consumer Antitrust Studies. Waller has written extensively on antitrust law and policy. He has also testified before Congress on antitrust issues. Waller holds a law degree from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago. He is based in Los Angeles.
