Sonny Curtis
Sonny Curtis was an American musician, songwriter, and record producer. He was best known for writing the original version of "I Fought the Law" with The Crickets. Curtis had a long and prolific career in music, releasing numerous albums and singles throughout the 1950s and 1960s. He was also a member of several bands, including The Crickets and The Shadows. Curtis passed away on September 19, 2025, at the age of 88.
