Sir Jony Ive is a British designer and inventor who served as the Chief Design Officer at Apple from 1997 to 2019. He is best known for his work on Apple's product design, including the iMac, iPod, iPhone, and iPad. Ive was born in Chingford, London, and studied Industrial Design at Newcastle Polytechnic. He joined Apple in 1992 and played a key role in shaping the company's design direction.
