Serkan Bayram is a Turkish politician who serves as the Deputy Chairman of the AK Party. He has been a member of the Turkish Parliament since 2015. Bayram has also served as the Deputy Chairman of the Turkish Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee. He has been the United Nations Deputy Special Representative for Conflict Prevention and Resolution since 2020.
