San Ruperto Apostolo was a 7th-century Bavarian bishop and saint. He is best known for his role in the early Christian church in Bavaria and his contributions to the spread of Christianity in the region. Ruperto was born in the 7th century and died in 657. He is still revered as a saint in the Catholic Church and is celebrated on March 27th.
