Benny's loyal valet and sidekick
Rochester was a fictional character on "The Jack Benny Program." He was played by Don Wilson from 1932 to 1945, and then by Eddie "Rochester" Anderson from 1946 to 1956. Rochester was a valet and companion to Benny, and the two had a comedic relationship, with Rochester often serving as a foil to Benny's antics.
