Rickey Andra Harper is a suspect in the death of Sheremy Dillard, a beloved girls basketball coach at Felton Grove High. Harper is a boyfriend of Dillard's and was tracked by Flock cameras to Pennsylvania, where he fled authorities after allegedly telling them to 'shoot him.'
