Radik Tagirow
Radik Tagirow is a Russian serial killer. He was convicted of murdering 31 women, mostly in the city of Volgograd. Tagirow's victims were mostly elderly women who lived alone. He would break into their homes and attack them without warning. After his arrest, Tagirow was sentenced to life in prison. He is currently serving his sentence in a Russian prison.
