Oana Toia is a Romanian politician who has been serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania since 2021. She was a Member of Parliament for the Democratic Alliance of Romania (ADR) from 2016 to 2021. Toia was born in 1982 in Galați, Romania.
