Noland Arboe
Noland Arboe is a Japanese neuroscientist and researcher. He is known for being the first person to have a brain-computer interface (BCI) implanted in his brain. Arboe has been involved in various research projects related to neuroscience and neurotechnology. He has also been a guest on several podcasts and media outlets to discuss his experiences with BCI. Arboe is currently based in Japan.
