Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as 'El Mencho', is a Mexican former criminal and leader of the Juárez Cartel. He was born in 1966 in Naranjo de Chila, Michoacán, Mexico. Before becoming a leader in the cartel, he worked as a police officer. El Mencho gained notoriety for his involvement in violent crimes and drug trafficking. He is currently on the run from Mexican authorities.
