Nemerov Loz

Nemerov Loz is an Israeli academic researcher and historian specializing in social, cultural, and historical aspects of food. He holds a PhD degree from the Hebrew University and has published numerous articles on the topic of food culture and its influence on human behavior. Loz's research focuses on the complex relationships between food, society, and identity. Born in 1980 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Loz is currently a researcher at the Research Institute for Culture and Society at Bar-Ilan University.
