Maria Katsarou is a Greek spiritual teacher, author, and speaker. She was born in Athens, Greece in 1975. Katsarou has written several books on spirituality and personal growth, and has been a regular contributor to various Greek media outlets. She has also taught workshops and retreats on spirituality and mindfulness. Katsarou is the founder of the spiritual center “The Heart of the Matter” in Athens.
