Margaret Kelly was an Irish dancer and founder of the Bluebell Girls dance troupe. She was born in Dublin and began her career as a dancer at the age of twelve. Kelly worked in Germany in the late 1920s and 30s before moving to France, where she formed the Bluebell Girls.
