Mahdi al-Mashat is a Yemeni politician who has been the Chairman of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen since 2018. He has been a key figure in the country's ongoing conflict and has played a leading role in the Houthi movement. Al-Mashat has also been involved in international diplomacy and has met with leaders from other countries to discuss the conflict in Yemen. He is based in Sana'a, Yemen.
