Lil' Debbie is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and television personality. She was born Deborah Carter on April 17, 1978, in Los Angeles, California. Lil' Debbie rose to fame in the 2000s as a member of the hip-hop group Chingy's band and has since released several solo albums. She has also appeared on various TV shows, including 'America's Most Wanted'.
