José Dorángel Vargas Gomez
José Dorángel Vargas Gomez is a Venezuelan serial killer known as Hannibal Lecter of the Andes. He was convicted of murdering at least 10 people, but the number of victims is estimated to be over 40. Vargas Gomez was arrested in 2005 and is currently serving his sentence in a Venezuelan prison. Despite being incarcerated, he has not renounced his cannibalistic tendencies.
