Jeff Nelken is an American food safety expert and author. He has written several books on the subject of food recalls and food safety. Nelken has also worked as a consultant for several food companies, helping them to improve their food safety protocols. He is a member of the National Restaurant Association and has been involved in several initiatives to improve food safety in the US.
